ECOOP Conference fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, the opening cocktail and access to proceedings for all participants. The banquet is included only for Regular attendees and Friends of ECOOP.

By signing up as a Friend of ECOOP, you are sponsoring the event by an additional $150 added to your ticket price which will be used to further improve the quality of the conference, especially supporting student volunteers and activities. This is a great opportunity for anyone, especially small businesses (and large) to support the conference and the ECOOP community. You will have the opportunity to specify how/if you want your sponsorship recognised later in the sign-up process. (And - you will receive a Friend of ECOOP T-Shirt!)

One Day Conference Fees do not include the banquet on Thursday, July 31. Banquet tickets may be purchased above or onsite.

UPMARC Summer School is included with a Workshop registration. The UPMARC Summer School Only option is only available for students. Those who select this option will not have access to the Workshops.

Force Majeure

The organisers are not liable for any claims for damages and/or losses if the entire conference has to be cancelled due to a force majeure incident.

Disclaimer

The organisers are not liable for damages and/or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the conference delegates or by any other individuals accompanying them, both during the official activities as well as going to/from the conference. Delegates are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Insurance and Vaccinations

The registration fee does not cover insurance for the delegates. The organisers recommend that delegates take out insurance in their home country to cover pre-journey cancellation for personal reasons and necessary insurance to cover accidents, medical expenses and loss of personal belongings during the visit. No vaccinations are needed when visiting Sweden.
